AFPD Raquel “Rocky” Lazo will educate and entertain you during this CE seminar. She will share actual cases to explain sentencing issues in federal court which include sentencing strategies, mitigation videos, sentencing memorandums and what it all means to the defendant; as well as how interpreters and translators play a key role in the end product. This seminar is interactive. Rocky welcomes questions and encourages attendee participation.
